We named it Guide for a reason.
An accessible vehicle is one of the largest and least transparent purchases a family ever makes. We'd rather be the people who explain it than the people who close it.
Our story
A van shop that went where its customers needed it to.
Guide Mobility is the mobility division of Van America. For over a decade we have built custom Mercedes-Benz Sprinter conversions in St. George, Utah — camper vans, passenger vans, service vans, moto vans — as a Mercedes-Benz Expert Upfitter and an RVIA-certified manufacturer.
Mobility work found us. Customers came in needing a lift fitted, a chair secured, a family vehicle that worked for all of them. We got certified on RICON and BraunAbility lifts and Q'STRAINT securement, and it grew into its own division.
What we brought with us from the camper side was a habit: building around how someone actually lives, not around what the catalog offers. That turns out to matter more in mobility than anywhere else.

Where we are
St. George — and the corner of three states.
We serve southern Utah, southern Nevada, and northern Arizona from our shop at 976 North 1100 West. That's a lot of distance between towns and very few places to see an accessible vehicle in person, which is exactly why we keep one on the lot.
Traveling to us? Tell us what chair you use beforehand and we'll have the van staged and the lift ready, so the drive is worth making.
